Job Title: Marketing Intern at Celfrost Technologies

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as an Marketing Intern. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Cold Storage and chillers business unit by assisting with various marketing initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of marketing within the HVAC industry

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research: Conduct research to identify target markets, customer needs, and industry trends within the same sector.

Digital Marketing Support: Help execute digital marketing strategies, including managing social media accounts, monitoring and optimizing website performance, and assisting with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.

Marketing Collateral Development: Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and product catalogs, to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our HVAC products and services.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing industry events, trade shows, and customer seminars related to HVAC systems, including booth setup, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning within the HVAC industry to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.

Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports on campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and other relevant metrics.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective marketing and sales communication.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, assisting with project coordination, and maintaining marketing files and documentation.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic understanding of market research principles and methodologies.

Interest in the HVAC industry and willingness to learn about HVAC systems and solutions.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Prior internship experience in marketing or related field is advantageous but not required.

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
