**Guest Relations Executive (Front office - female),4 Star Hotel, 1-3 yrs exp,Kochi**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Welcome and Check-In**:

- **Guest Assistance and Support**:

- **Guest Engagement**:
Proactively engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Collect feedback from guests and relay this information to the management team.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- **VIP Guest Services**:
Identify and provide personalized services to VIP guests, including recognizing and catering to their preferences.

Arrange special amenities or services as required.
- **Administrative Duties**:
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.

Assist with reservation and room assignment processes.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with the guest relations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Support and communicate with other hotel departments, such as front desk, concierge, and housekeeping.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:
**High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus).**

**Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hotel industry.**

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A warm and welcoming personality with a strong guest-service orientation.

Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
