**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Truck Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Truck Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's trucking services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, establishing long-term customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This position requires exceptional sales skills, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of the trucking industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the trucking industry to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer demands, and potential areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of sales agreements and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to key decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our trucking services.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the trucking industry, including knowledge of different truck types, routes, regulations, and industry challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
