Role Overview

We are currently seeking goal-oriented and driven Sales Representatives to join our product sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will close quality sales, ensuring a positive customer experience by educating B2B customers on the features and benefits of our SAAS products. You will be responsible for driving sales through inbound lead closure and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The person is responsible for business development and new acquisition revenue for our B2B products EngageWith and Trivia.

This job requires a mandatory technical sales background with good communication skills and the ability to converse with International clients.

Top KRA would include:
Responsible for acquiring new business through inbound & outbound leads for EngageWith and Trivia product
Responsible for achieving revenue goals and net realized targets
Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities
Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities

Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products and its features offered by the company

Note - The job is for night shift as per US time zone (9pm to 6am IST)

**Requirements**:
Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
Technical understanding of SAAS based products
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work
Previous B2B sales experience selling to North America
HR tech experience is a plus
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Tableau and proficient using internet websites and other online tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company and end customers
Ability to connect with the key stakeholders, leadership team of the potential clients/existing customers (Head HRs, HRBP, CTO, CEO, Chief of staff etc).
