**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: Google Cloud CCAI Architect/Expert

Experience: 5-12 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:
**Experience**:

- 8+ years’ experience AI and Google Machine Learning Models.
- 6+ years’ experience in contact center technical design, solution architecture, and deployment.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting CCaaS solutions especially Google CCAI.
- Strong knowledge of Contact Center technologies, including IVR, ACD, WFM, CRM integration, chatbots, natural language processing, and reporting/analytics.
- Deep understanding of Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech.
- Expert in usage of Google APIs, Google dialogflow CX and Google dialogflow ES.
- Experience in implementing Google machine learning models in customer facing projects.
- Create conversational AI agents with Google Dialog Flow. Ability to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Google Cloud certification, such as the Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect, is strongly preferred.
- Have passion for contact center transformation, conversational AI, and driving stellar customer experiences, an interest in Google Cloud Platform, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical implementation.

- Proven record to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
