Media Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential advertisers and sponsors across industries relevant to Molitics’ audience.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets, including creating custom media packages and campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that align with Molitics’ media offerings.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate media sales contracts and close deals with advertisers and sponsors, ensuring both the company and the client benefit from the agreement.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market changes to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the content and editorial teams to align advertising opportunities with Molitics’ socio-political content strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, provide clients with detailed reports, and suggest improvements to enhance future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in media sales or digital advertising, ideally in the political, news, or governance sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, advertising products, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
Pay: ₹10,343.60 - ₹37,118.75 per month
