Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Brand Positioning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to strengthen the perfume brand’s online presence, focusing on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Create campaigns that reflect the luxury, elegance, and unique scent experiences of the brand, with a strong focus on storytelling, aesthetics, and lifestyle.
Align social media content with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and overall brand identity.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, celebrities, and micro-influencers in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and fragrance sectors.
Coordinate influencer campaigns that authentically promote the brand and product range, ensuring high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
Negotiate terms with influencers, ensuring campaigns are aligned with budget, goals, and brand values.
Track the success of influencer partnerships and ensure continuous engagement.
Content Creation & Curation:
Develop content that promotes the lifestyle, luxury, and experience of the perfume brand, including imagery, videos, and captions that appeal to both existing and potential customers.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, visually captivating content showcasing the products in an aspirational, yet approachable way.
Curate user-generated content (UGC) from brand advocates, influencers, and customers, and incorporate into campaigns to foster community engagement.
Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy:
Build and nurture a dedicated community on social media platforms through regular engagement (comments, DMs, interactive polls, giveaways).
Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly, ensuring positive brand interactions and customer satisfaction.
Leverage brand advocates, influencers, and loyal customers to build authentic online brand communities.
Analytics, Insights & Reporting:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) to track social media performance, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and influencer marketing performance, presenting actionable insights and opportunities for optimization.

Paid Media & Social Advertising:

Qualifications:
**Experience**:
1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, ideally within the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong background in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and influencer relationships.
**Skills**:Expertise in managing and growing social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and trends, especially in relation to luxury and lifestyle branding.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
Strong writing and communication skills for crafting compelling copy, captions, and campaign messaging.
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
