Job Description:
As an Office Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring that the office environment is organized and well-maintained. You will work closely with different departments and personnel, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support:

- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant individuals.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
- Office Operations:

- Monitor and manage office equipment and technology, coordinating repairs and maintenance when necessary.
- Oversee office security and access control systems, including managing visitor registration and badges.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues.
- Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient workflow and cross-functional communication.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, newsletters, and announcements.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes, and coordinating office events.
- Financial and Budget Management:

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Monitor office expenses and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and reconcile any discrepancies.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
