Business Growth Executive

**Job Brief**
We are looking to onboard a person who can bring in hustle and problem-solving attitude to help build Plunes into a formidable company. Ultimately, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
**Responsibilities**:
Hand holding the customer through-out the journey.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their concerns, maintaining regular communication, and demonstrating responsiveness.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with potential customers and understand their specific needs and challenges.
Collaborate with the cross-functional team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Directly impact the revenue generation.
Meeting customer experience KPIs.
**Job Requirements**
Minimum graduate or any equivalent degree.
Proven experience as customer experience or consultative sales role
(preferred from healthcare/health-tech).
Excellent listening skills and the ability to uncover customer’s pain points and needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to recommend tailored solutions.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
Hustle and get things attitude.
Ability to multi-task and meet the tight deadlines.
