Call Coordinator

**Key responsibility areas/ duties**:
- To ensure logging of all the calls in the ITSM tool.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers, clients, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication flow.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate to the respective department or individual.
- Work in rotating shifts, including day, evenings, night and weekends.
**Skillset/ competencies required including behavioural traits**:
- B.Com/ BA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Office Automation tools like Real VNC, Team Viewer etc.
**Exposure to Any particular Industry or area of work**:
- NA
