Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the football program, including preseason conditioning, practice schedules, game strategies, and player development initiatives.
- Provide skill instruction, training, and feedback to student-athletes to help them improve their football skills, techniques, and understanding of the game.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, respect, and accountability among players and coaching staff.
- Collaborate with assistant coaches to plan and conduct effective practices that address the needs and abilities of individual players and the team as a whole.
- Scout and recruit talented student-athletes from within the school community and beyond to build and maintain a competitive football program.
- Communicate regularly with players, parents/guardians, school administrators, and athletic department staff regarding team expectations, schedules, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all school, league, and state athletic association rules and regulations regarding player eligibility, safety protocols, equipment, and conduct.
- Coordinate with athletic trainers and medical personnel to prioritize player safety and injury prevention, and provide appropriate care and support for injured athletes.
- Represent the football program and the school positively at games, competitions, and community events, both on and off campus.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for student-athletes, promoting academic success, character development, and personal growth both on and off the field.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience coaching football at the high school or collegiate level, with a successful track record of leading competitive teams.
- Strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques, as well as current trends and developments in the sport.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
