**Job Summary**:The Football Coach is responsible for developing and leading a successful football program, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The coach will provide guidance and leadership to student-athletes, create effective training programs, and organize and execute practice sessions and games.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Player Development**:Evaluate and assess players' skills, strengths, and weaknesses.
Develop individualized training plans to improve player performance.
Teach fundamental football skills, strategies, and techniques.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and dedication among players.

**Team Building**:Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among players.
Build a cohesive team that works together effectively on and off the field.
Develop team strategies and game plans to achieve success.
Encourage a positive and inclusive team culture.

**Practice and Game Management**:Plan and organize effective practice sessions to maximize player development.
Manage game preparations, including developing game plans and making in-game decisions.
Lead the team during games, providing strategic direction and motivation.

**Recruitment and Scouting**:Identify and recruit talented student-athletes to strengthen the program.
Collaborate with the athletic department to coordinate scouting efforts.
Build relationships with local youth programs to foster talent development.

**Player Safety and Well-being**:Ensure the safety of players by adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Provide guidance and support to players for their overall well-being.
Encourage healthy lifestyles and good sportsmanship among athletes.

**Communication and Leadership**:Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and staff.
Serve as a role model and mentor to student-athletes.
Collaborate with the athletic department, including attending meetings and providing program updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Sports Science, Physical Education, etc.) preferred.
- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or college level.
- In-depth knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
- Commitment to promoting sportsmanship and ethical behavior.
- Certification in CPR and first aid (or willingness to obtain).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹600.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
