Required Experience: 7+ years

**Job Description**:

- To lead the assigned team of football coaches to develop football at Somaiya Sports Academy.
- To set goals for various teams at Somaiya Sports Academy
- To train and evaluate the players on time-to-time basis
- To conduct coaches workshops for continuous development of the coaches during the off seasons.
- To train elite teams assigned by Somaiya Sports Academy in order to achieve goals assigned by SSA
- To prepare session calendar for elite teams of SSA
- To plan Somaiya Sports Academy coaching programs for people outside Somaiya.
- To develop & maintain good relationship with relevant football associations.
- To represent SSA all events inside & outside Somaiya.
- To complete the required documentation for all affiliations and registrations of team & players.
- To execute any other responsibilities assigned by authorities at Somaiya Sports Academy.

Key Skills

AFC B License, Experience in educational institute is preferred, AFC A License & Certificate in coaching NIS desirable
