- Collaborate with multiple departments to understand their unique requirements and assist in executing tasks efficiently.
- Support human resources by handling general administrative tasks related to employee records, onboarding, and basic HR functions.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across teams.
- Manage simple accounts, including recording expenses and reconciling basic financial records.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for various teams and departments.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content on social media platforms, utilizing tools like Canva or equivalent design software.
- Perform a range of tasks typical for a skilled administrative assistant, adapting to the varied needs of the company's different ventures.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Gmail, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and take initiative to solve problems.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing accurate and error-free work.
- Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and departments to achieve common goals.
