Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to manage daily operations and provide administrative support for both AAYM and MD RESEARCH US LLC. This remote position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations:
Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation for leadership and various teams.

Ensure timely execution of organizational priorities and deadlines.

Coordination & Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Schedule and organize meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining minutes as needed.

Address team inquiries and provide resolutions to operational challenges.

Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and databases for organizational activities and projects.

Prepare regular reports summarizing key updates, milestones, and areas for improvement.

Event and Program Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of educational programs, research initiatives, and events.

Coordinate with marketing and program teams to ensure deliverables are met.

HR & Intern Management:
Support intern onboarding and administrative oversight of HR-related processes.

Assist in maintaining team rosters, performance tracking, and related HR tasks.

Compliance & Policy Oversight:
Ensure that all activities adhere to organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Support documentation and processes for audits or reviews as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in education or research-focused organizations.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.

Familiarity with eLearning platforms or research programs is a plus.
