Administrative Assistant

VANMORGAN OUTSOURCING PVT LTD a leading outsourcing company headquartered in India, is seeking a Dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and supporting various departments.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3) Develop and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval and archiving of documents.
4) Coordinate meetings and appointments, managing calendars for team members and executives.
6) Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
7) Support HR with onboarding new employees, maintaining records, and coordinating training sessions.
8) Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
9) Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate project completion and ensure smooth workflow.
10) Willingness to travel for office-related tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Must be a Graduate.
- Minimum of two years of work experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to travel for office-related work when required.
