Accounts Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain leased property records and make sure Leaseholders are paying rent on time
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Manage enquiries from Leaseholders and resolve issues.
- Review Leaseholders credentials to see whether we can rent them an apartment
- Utilize computerized systems and software to perform tasks efficiently
- Reconcile monthly rental receipts and expenses
- Assist in procuring products
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Accuracy in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Strong grasp of the english language is a must for this position
- Strong Accounting or Commercial Business Legal experience is a plus in this Position
