**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Smartsheet system administrator to join our company. Working directly with the Senior Director and Head of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of Smartsheet accounts, workflows, metrics sheets, and process documentation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help set up and run our Smartsheet toolkit and administration.
- Using standard Smartsheet toolset to suggest, define, create and rollout new workflows.
- Create process documentation and SoPs.
- Understanding of how to create SmartSheet meta data sheets that support workflows and dashboards
- Create integrated org level reports and (visually brilliant) dashboards with data from multiple sources
- Create and implement complex automations based on designed workflows to ensure information gets where it needs to
- Manage approval automations.
- License and account management:
- Create & maintain Smartsheet onboarding process.
- Setup of new users
- Disabling leaver accounts.
- Permissions management.
- Self-learning with SmartSheet academy
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Smartsheet technologies and recommend innovative solutions to optimise our PMO processes.
- Promote knowledge sharing on Smartsheet features.
- Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements and painpoints.
- Run and organise UAT for new workflows and SmartSheets artefacts
- Use Adobe Pro to create documents for export from SmartSheets
- Understanding of connectors into SmartSheets - i.e. JIRA
- Create workflows and manage implementation of these connectors.

**Requirements**:
Certified as "Core Product Certification" + 'Project Management Certification' from Smart Sheet University.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong experience working administratively with SmartSheets
- Proven track record of using Smartsheet and setting up metrics using Excel formulae.
