1. **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
**2. Sales and Business Development**
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Research market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the corporate gifting industry.
- Create customized gifting proposals based on client needs, budget, and preferences.
**3. Account Management**
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries, feedback, and concerns.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
**4. Collaboration with Teams**
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns tailored to corporate clients.
**5. Reporting and Analysis**
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Generate regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
**6. Event Participation**
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings.
- Organize promotional events or corporate gifting fairs for potential clients.
**7. Negotiation and Closing**
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with corporate clients.
- Close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in crafting unique gifting solutions to the leads.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
