As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating leads, setting up appointments, or selling products or services. Your primary focus will be on engaging prospects over the phone, effectively communicating product or service offerings, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales process and maintain customer satisfaction

**OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening during phone conversations.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain product or service offerings to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives with interested prospects to further discuss products or services
- Follow-up and Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to nurture leads and build rapport. Address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system or other designated databases.
- Market Research: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback during phone conversations, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on call volumes, conversion rates, and sales achievements, and provide updates to management.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** _._

**Education High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales**
**(degree / diploma) or marketing is a plus.**

**Experience Proven experience as a tele-caller or in a similar sales role, preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment.**

**Knowledge and Skills Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in the**
**(Functional / Technical) language(s) required for the target market.**
- Ability to engage customers over the phone, build rapport, and effectively communicate product or service features and benefits
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and maintain call logs.
- Customer-focused with the ability to provide exceptional service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection or objections positively.
- Flexible with working hours, including the ability to work in shifts if required.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
