**Worker Tracking Agent**

**JOB PURPOSE**
The Contingent Workforce (CW) Worker Tracking+ Agent, is an operational regional role in the Contingent Workforce Solution (CWS) program. The CWS program helps Bayer Managers Globally in hiring contingent workforce in a systematic and compliant manner. As a member of the CWS team, the incumbent will be supporting the regional worker tracking efforts and related program infrastructure by partnering with internal stakeholders and external supplier/suppliers in the countries/region assigned. The Contingent Workforce (CW) Worker Tracking+ Agent or works closely with the other operational CWS roles globally and reports to the Global Worker Tracking+ (WT)+ Lead. The activities within the CWS program will not only relate back to the planned coverage of all the small spend countries in the APAC region but will also see tracking from the other regions in EMEA and LatAm.

**KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Partner with internal stakeholders/procurement to understand the supplier base in each country of the region under WT+.
- Support the global ‘Worker Tracking+’ program which collects and maintains data of Bayer’s smaller countries to get track of CW topics and compliance
- Align with the Global Worker Tracking+ Lead on activities to be performed
- Support requests and align resource needs to ensure connectivity and compliance with the global CWS strategy
- Work closely with local legal team on labor laws and other regulations for Contingent Workforce
- Will check Contingent workers against the local compliance rules and regulations
- Check if suppliers are compliant to local laws and regulations and internal Bayer policies
- Work closely on a regular basis with the supplier base to retrieve the needed data periodically.
- Maintain SOPs, reference libraries, communication libraries, and SharePoint sites.
- Serve as operational/tactical point of contact with suppliers and stakeholders for any data that maybe needed/requested within the WT+ program.
- Work closely with the Global CW team on administrative tasks, often connected to Bayer’s Vendor Management System (VMS) SAP Fieldglass
- Upload and maintain data periodically on SAP Fieldglass
- Ability to identify and mitigate any data variations
- Perform data integrity audits based on established schedule
- Support the VMS enhancement process
- Support WT+ individual reporting request from internal stakeholders
- Support WT+ implementation activities within the region or across other regions

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a MSP related position or in a role that supports/has direct exposure to contingent workforce or /and Human Resources processes and initiatives.
- Experience with project coordination and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proficient in SAP Fieldglass and other SAP tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written (English)
- Additional languages skills Spanish and Portuguese is an added advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on critical milestones
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to effectively respond to questions and issues clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Demonstrate discipline in operational excellence and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders to gather information to document detailed process maps using Visio
- Ability to balance strong customer service while maintaining compliance will all policies and employment laws/regulations

Day-to-day work activities include:

- Conduct weekly invoice check for entities/ERP system live in the CW program which cannot be automated
- Align with CW Suppliers and Managers of smaller countries on ‘Worker Tracking+’ data and information
- Support stakeholders for recurring or individual reporting
- Support Global WT+ Lead with reporting
- Join Business Reviews and understand data to identify issues
- Support regional CW
