Job Title: Sales Commission Agent

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Commission Agent to join our team. As a commission-based sales agent, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present our products/services to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition
- Negotiate sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of sales experience (commission-based sales experience preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field**Benefits**:
