**Roles and Responsibility**

**Job Description -**
- Responsible for maintaining a standard image provided by the corporate office on user laptops, desktops and peripheral devices.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting, asking targeted questions to diagnose problems. Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
- Address user tickets regarding hardware and software.
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
- Maintaining overall End User Asset inventory, responsible for receiving hardware, shipping hardware, hardware decom and disposal.
- Knowledge of Windows OS & O365.
- Report customer feedback.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must, document processes and to communicate effectively within the team.
- Must be able to operate with mínimal supervision.
- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
