Roles and Responsibility

Job Description -

  • Responsible for maintaining a standard image provided by the corporate office on user laptops, desktops and peripheral devices.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting, asking targeted questions to diagnose problems. Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware and software.
  • Guide users with simple, stepbystep instructions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
  • Maintaining overall End User Asset inventory, responsible for receiving hardware, shipping hardware, hardware decom and disposal.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS & O36
  • Report customer feedback.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must, document processes and to communicate effectively within the team.
  • Must be able to operate with mínimal supervision.
  • Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
