As a Sales Executive for Software Development, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for supporting the sales process by showcasing the capabilities and value of our software development services to potential clients. Your technical expertise, communication skills, and ability to understand client requirements will play a crucial role in winning new business opportunities. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback from client interactions to internal teams to continuously improve our software development services, sales process, and marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Consultation**: Collaborate with the sales team to understand potential clients' needs and business objectives.

**Preparing Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling and customized proposals and presentations that effectively demonstrate the unique value propositions of our software development solutions.

**Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs)**: Conduct product demonstrations and POCs to showcase the functionality, features, and benefits of our software development services.

**RFP/RFI Response**: Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) with accurate and comprehensive information about our software development capabilities, methodologies, and relevant project experience.

**Technical Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices. Utilize this knowledge to position our company as an industry leader and showcase our expertise to potential clients.

**Customer Relationship Building**: Build strong relationships with potential clients during the presales process. Understand their pain points, challenges, and long-term goals to offer personalized solutions and insights.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the software development, project management, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from presales to project initiation. Collaborate to provide accurate project estimates and timelines.

**Competitive Analysis**: Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competing software development services. Leverage this knowledge to differentiate our offerings and address potential objections.

**Continuous Improvement**: Provide feedback from client interactions to internal teams to continuously improve our software development services, sales process, and marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,203.17 - ₹68,264.19 per month
