Summary

The Head Chef is responsible to assist the F & B Manager in delivering the brand promise by managing the Food & Beverage Service operations for the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Culinary (including F & B Service Operation).

**Qualifications**:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef De Cuisine. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
