**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and handling angry clients, as needed.
- Helping the clients with insurance claim process information and queries
- Helping the internal claims team in following up with the clients to complete the claims process
- Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed individual metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
**Job Requirement**
**What are we looking for ?**:
- 0-3 years customer facing experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Insurance industry work experience will be preferred
- Willing to work in rotational shift
