**Responsibilities**:

- **
- If a customer faces any issues, they have to take care of them and coordinate with the customer.
- If the problem is regarding a technical issue, they have to connect with the backend team ASAP.
- Deliver high-quality and timely resolutions to problems.
- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
- Resolve tickets through chats. Analyze customer-reported information to identify problems and concerns.

**Minimum qualifications: -**
- Any Graduate
- Freshers are eligible
- Fluent in the English Language

**Shift Timings: -**
- 24/7 Shift (Rotational Shift)
- 5 days a week
