- Calling customers and helping them solve their queries
- Providing product knowledge
- Understanding customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
**Skills Required: -**
- Should be good in communication both in Verbal Communication
- Sound Knowledge of English and Hindi
- South Indian regional language is an added advantage
- Excel knowledge will be an added advantage
- _**Must have at least 6 months of experience in customer care.**_
SALARY STRUCTURE IS BETWEEN 12,000 TO 21,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
