**What will you do?**
- Be a part of the team that helps in disbursing credit transaction in a timely manner.
- Work closely with banking and NBFC partners to ensure no disruptions to processes.
- Help prepare reconciliation reports and files to be shared with external stakeholders.
- Preparation of all internal MIS on tracking of disbursals, repayments and any other key metrics.
- Work closely and collaboratively with other teams internally to ensure smooth processing of transactions and tight communication on any roadblocks, bottlenecks.
- Work closely with the technical team to highlight any issues and help test out solutions.
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
