Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain, support and enhance the current sales avenues - Factory outlet, Other outlets, Apartment stalls, Food trucks, Events and B 2 B opportunities.
- Identifying and contacting other potential sales avenues, such as restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and event planners, to introduce and sell bakery products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including ingredients, flavors, and unique selling points, in order to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Ensure that product displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase our baked goods to attract customers.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate bakery products to meet those needs and also upsell products by identifying the customer expectations.
- Negotiating prices and terms of sale to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and Collaborating with the production team to ensure adequate product availability and quality management team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support in setting up routine stalls in various Apartments and other events
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and events to drive traffic to the mall outlets and apartment stalls.
- Attending industry events and trade shows to network and promote our bakery products.
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Depending on experience you will be considered for the Associate Sales Executive or Sales Executive roles respectively.
- Compensation would be tied up to your sales performance incentives.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
