Talent Acquisition Executive

**Position Overview**:
The Talent Acquisition Executive is a crucial member of the Human Resources (HR) team responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to the organization. They play a key role in driving the recruitment process, ensuring the organization has a skilled and diverse workforce to achieve its goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on recruitment expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, providing support and guidance to hiring managers.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and industry events to increase the organization's visibility in the job market.
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize recruitment analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and applicant conversion rates.
Compliance and Hiring Process Management:
Stay updated with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and external legal requirements.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with HR team members, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
