**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing efforts. The role combines strategic sales planning with effective marketing execution, ensuring that the company’s products or services reach the right audience and convert into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and leads, follow up on opportunities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activity, and trends.
- Develop content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed.
- **Client Management and Support**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving client issues and ensuring their needs are met.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant product or service information.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., customer support, product development) to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Prepare sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasting, market trends, and campaign performance.
- Monitor and track sales performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales conversions.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align objectives and initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions to help shape future strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the same industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media platforms).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate insights.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
