**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, industries, and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, networking, lead generation, and referrals.
- Present our products/services to potential clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their goals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product/service developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis, consistently contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using the company's CRM system.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training, workshops, and self-learning.
**Qualifications**:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
