The role in a Nutshell:
As Safeguard Global continues to grow, we look to grow our Talent Acquisition Team to support business needs. We are looking to hire an exceptionally driven and experienced Talent Partner to hire across the APAC region.

How you will make a difference:

- Sourcing via LinkedIn, job-board sites, and social media platforms, continually building network for future recruiting initiatives
- Conducting competency, behavioural, and culture fit interviews
- Working closely with Hiring Managers, advising on market/role-specific data
- Confidently making verbal offers and negotiating terms of employment including salary
- Providing analysis of metrics, KPIs to the wider HR team and hiring managers including market data and metrics
- Managing the offer documentation and onboarding of new hires as required
- Supporting the wider HR team with additional tasks as required
- Work closely with HR regional managers and business leaders to understand the recruitment needs and source the best talents from the market through different channels.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, job sites, media, and internet sites
- Monitor job offers and compensation practices, emphasizing benefits and perks

What will give you an advantage:

- At least four years of end-to-end recruiting experience (either in-house recruitment or staffing agency)
- Experience presenting market and performance data to the business (key recruitment metrics and KPIs)
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and wider HR team on recruitment initiatives and projects
- Participating in Global meetings regarding status updates for opened positions and growth
- Proven experience in creatively contributing to our employer branding strategy and proposing actions/events with high visibility and impact
- Fluent in verbal and written business English
- Effective negotiating skills
- Familiarity with online job-hunting websites - Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, IIM Jobs etc
- Strong decision-making skills
