**Pre-Sales Executive - Epson**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed technical assessments of customer requirements and recommend appropriate Epson solutions.
- Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Epson’s product features.
- Conduct on-site customer visits to demonstrate products and resolve any queries.
- Provide technical training to the sales team to boost their understanding of Epson’s products.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Stay current on Epson’s product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Offer technical support throughout the sales cycle and during post-sales implementation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Previous field sales experience of any kind is welcome.
- Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about projectors, printers, and imaging solutions (training provided).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (training provided).
- Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler required.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the AV industry.
- Relevant certifications in IT or AV technologies.
- Sales experience of any kind.
