Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards.

Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve business development targets, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 17 years of experience in investment banking or relevant financial services.

Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.

Strong understanding of the share market, financial products, and investment strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their investment needs and financial objectives.

Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing investment advice.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell investment products and services to existing clients.

Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure client retention.

Market Updates: Keep clients informed about market trends, economic developments, and potential investment opportunities.

Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance policies.

Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and updates to clients, detailing their investment portfolios' progress.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, such as research, trading, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
