Sales Executive

**Market Research**: Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets for the company's products or services. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments in different countries or regions.
- **Client Acquisition**: Actively seek out and establish relationships with potential clients or distributors in target markets. This involves networking, attending trade shows, and leveraging existing contacts to generate leads.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation, shipping, and delivery of products to international destinations. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while minimizing risks such as damage or loss.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain regular communication with clients to address their needs, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes providing after-sales support and troubleshooting as necessary.
- **Market Expansion Strategies**: Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in existing markets and penetrate new markets effectively. This may involve pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product adaptations to suit local preferences.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide regular reports and analysis to management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international trade, or related field.
- Proven experience in export sales or international business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in foreign languages may be advantageous, depending on the target markets.
- Adaptability and cultural sensitivity when dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.
