**1. Should have good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.

2. Ability to assist guests with table reservations, while seated, serviced within specified time, answer any questions regarding menu, and assist with menu selections.

3. Ability to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.

4. Ensure service techniques are correct at all times, and serve Food & Beverage items enthusiastically.

5. Ability to review order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly.

6. Ability to close shifts and tally cash and credit card settlements.

7. Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as back of house areas.

8. Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff.

9. Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.

**Job Expectations**:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.

2. Should have a pleasing personality and excellent guest service skills.

3. Should have good knowledge of food and beverage service and knowledge of menu and presentation standards.

4. Should have knowledge of computers/F&B software (IDS)

**Minimum Qualification**: Should be a Hotel Management Graduate

**Minimum Job Experience**: 4-5 years of experience
