**HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT VOICE AND NON VOICE**
Customer Support Voice: A customer support voice representative is responsible for assisting customers via telephone or voice channels. Their primary role is to provide prompt and accurate information to customers, resolve their inquiries or issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. They handle a variety of tasks, including answering incoming calls, addressing customer concerns, providing product or service information, processing orders, troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support if necessary. Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer Support: 1 year (required)
