Process Type: Blended We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to utilize inbound and outbound calls. The Support Executives responsibilities include up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls & chats and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls & chats made and received.


Responsibilities:

1. Generate promising leads from the new and existing customers database 2. Expert in handling customer queries on Web Chat 3. Develope in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences 4. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints 5. Educate current and potential customers with product and service information 6. Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers 7. Providing an excellent customer service to the customers based on their needs and capabilities 8. Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services via chats or calls Requirements: Graduate (Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields is preferred) Proven experience of 1 years working as a Customer Support executive (Blended process) Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specially in Google sheet The ability to follow scripts for Chats & Calls Strong negotiation and consultative skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Reporting skill is an ad-on Typing Speed required: 35-40 WPM
