• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Timely escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations and building positive relationships.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Required Skills
• Any Graduate with 1-2 Years of experience in customer support.
• Strong Communication (Written/Oral)
