**POST**:
**Office Administrative Assistant (Strong Computer & English Skills Required)**
Location: Patna
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience (15-20K)
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and organize digital files, documents, and reports.
3. Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
4. Maintain and update information on internal systems and databases.
6. Assist with creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
7. Provide general administrative support to the management team
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
4. Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
5. Attention to detail and ability to proofread content accurately.
6. Problem-solving mindset with good organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
8. Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
