Job Title: Receptionist cum Office Administrator
Industry: CCTV Camera Sector
Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Office Administrator Staff to join our team at PATNA CCTV CAMERA. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing our front desk, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will assist with office accounting, customer follow-up, and digital marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
2. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and services.
3. Assist with office accounting, including invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
5. Support digital marketing efforts through social media management and content creation.
6. Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
7. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
**Required Skills**:
1. Proficient in English reading and comprehension.
2. Basic computer operating skills (MS Office, Google Suite).
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
5. Organizational and time management skills.
