Front Office Assistant

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
**Preferred**:
- Experience with office equipment like printers, fax machines, etc.
- Knowledge of customer service practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a friendly attitude.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules for meetings and conferences.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Ensure the front office is tidy and organized at all times.
- Assist in handling inquiries and resolve complaints or issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication and task management.
- Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and office supplies inventory.
