**Technical Sales Executive (TSI)**:
- Responsibilities:
- Promoting Pidilite products to potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives within the designated region.
- Gathering market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (chemistry, engineering, business, etc.).
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of Pidilite products or similar products in the market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Business Development Executive (BDE)**:
- Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential business opportunities and partnerships to expand Pidilite's market presence in Bangalore.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
- Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor movements.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
