**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently. Anticipate conflicts and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas. Provide detailed travel plans and necessary documentation.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle administrative tasks such as drafting letters, reports, presentations, and other documents. Manage filing systems, databases, and office supplies inventory.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Arrange meeting venues, equipment, catering, and any other logistics as required.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information, such as personal matters, financial data, and business strategies.
- **Task Prioritization**: Assess priorities and deadlines, ensuring that important tasks are completed in a timely manner. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- **Research**: Conduct research on various topics, gather relevant information, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Assist in decision-making processes by providing insightful analysis.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in managing projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met within established timelines.
- **Personal Assistance**: Provide personal support as needed, including managing household affairs, organizing personal appointments, coordinating family events, and handling other personal tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges independently
