Your responsibilities include:

- Responsible for providing technical and architecture inputs for CTC reconciliation tool for Reconciliations delivery team.
- Responsible for day-to-day BAU functioning and development deliverables.
- Coordinating between Support, CTO and Release management team on all L3 and Environment related activities.
- Support and contribute towards team’s compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Responsible for providing solution to all environment related issues with respect to CTC installation, CTC configuration or additional to new features.
- Responsible for delivery of environment related projects like Application Upgrades, level 3 Support and Ad-hoc regression testing request.
- Responsible to support the control and audit function as mandated by audit and regulators.
- Support the Delivery Manager in the production of project status material for communications.
- Responsible for the adherence to Credit Suisse architectural standards, agile software development methodology and Odyssey, DevOps tool chain standards.

You are expected to possess the below skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-10 years of hands-on development experience in Reconciliations tools like CTC, Intellimatch.
- Required Skill Set
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Recs domain and the tools & technology we use and ability to face of the auditors.
- Strong background in system analysis and design skills and good understanding of software development practices (agile, waterfall etc.) and DevOps, Odyssey tool chain.
- Strong on Oracle and MS SQL Server database
- Work experience in Informatica, Business objects/Birt & Python is a plus
- Experience in performance analysis and database queries optimization
- Good understanding in solving data mapping issues
- Desire to have big data analytics experience
- Knowledge of Banking (Investment & Private), especially in operations and reconciliation functions.
- Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to adapt the communication to various senior stakeholders, manage the vendor
- Enthusiastic, open, motivated personality with a proven “can-do” attitude and a track record of solving complex challenges.
- Sense of ownership and hands on approach to problem solving.
- Outstanding Interpersonal skills with prior experience with people spread across locations / time-zones.
- Experience of working in Investment Banking - trade validation highly desirable.
- Work independently and within team as well as a self-starter, being able to take ownership of tasks on short-notice and work under stress & challenging deadlines.
- A proven ability to pick up and learn a wide range of new technologies and topics.
- Maintain quality of code, come up with ideas to improve existing processes.
