**About the role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct presentations to highlight our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to offer strategic insights.
- Meet regularly with the sales manager to report on progress and discuss potential enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales (2- 3 years)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Education: Graduation in any field
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
