Location: Hyderabad, IN- Company: GMR Hyderabad Intl Arprt**JOB PURPOSE**:
Coordinating with all transport service providers for Ontime submission of correct invoices.

Verification of invoices submitted by vendors and obtaining approvals for processing of payments through workflow system.

Processing SESs for the invoices related to GHIAL & CISF and follow up for 2nd & 3rd level release.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Accountabilities

Necessary coordination about 25 service providers for ontime submission of correct invoices.

Preparation of SES’s about 1600, ensuring the invoices cleared from opentext around 800 & GRN approx. 50 nos.

Verification of invoices submitted by vendors and obtaining approvals for processing of payments through workflow system.

Ensure maintenance of The KMPL data on monthly basis. Recorded/achieved KMPL shall be brought to the notice of drivers operating, discrepancies if any noticed shall be brought to the notice of AM with due follow up action with less KMPL drivers for better performance.

Exercising monthly checks on vehicles attached monthly 25 nos, identifying the deficiencies if any, initiating corrective action in collaboration with the AM-Transport.

Tracking of police challans on all GHIAL vehicles and share the data to user departments for clearance of the same.

Ensuring the availability of Fire Extinguishers & First aid kits in all the GHIAL & Hired buses & vehicles.

As part of better Passenger experience to improve ASQ score of land side Transport activities. Attending emergency & VVIP movement duties as per the requirement.

Capturing required data, generating reports as part of feedback for operational improvements. Assisting in the areas of traffic management. analyzing causative factors and measures suggested to be taken as part of passenger experience.

Proper maintenance of records related to drivers such as licenses, PVCs, ADPs, behavioral, driving skills etc. & vehicles’ AVPs etc., R&M & fuel management of GADL, ALD, GMR VF vehicles.

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS**:
Graduate

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:

- 7-8 years’ relevant work experience in Airport Security Operations. Essentially, experienced in investigations using electronic gadgetries.
